Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The dining experience could use some improvement, but the overall experience was enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the historic district.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quieter but lacked charm with loud creaky wood floors, yet the balcony overlooking the main street was a nice touch. The hotel service was top-notch, especially with arranging our airport transfer. The location was central but a bit noisy, and the dining experience varied from being cold and not nice to great on the roof patio.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were typical for a historic house with a queen-sized bed and a sitting room, and the balcony added a nice touch. The restaurant was great, offering a wonderful dining experience. However, the breakfast could be improved with more fruit options, as they often ran out. The location was excellent for exploring Cuenca Centro Historico, with easy access to various attractions.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were charming and cozy—a perfect match for the beautiful historic setting of Cuenca. They were larger than expected and had a luxurious touch. The service, especially from Jonathan at the front desk, was top-notch, with helpful recommendations and a warm welcome. The location was superb, allowing easy access to the historic center and various attractions. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
The hotel blends historical charm with modern convenience, offering large, nicely furnished rooms. The immaculate bathrooms feature a great shower and a rare find – a make-up mirror. While the room decor may not suit all tastes, the accommodations are truly comfortable and inviting.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms in the traditional Cuenca-style house were fantastic, with high ceilings, spacious, and super clean. It was a great experience to enjoy the unique architecture outside my room.
